Delivery TimesOrders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary as follows:

• Within Greece: 1-3 business days.

• International shipping: 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Within Greece: €2.90 for orders up to €60.

• Free shipping for orders over €60.

• For international shipments, the cost is calculated during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

For orders to remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Have you received something you want to return or exchange? Wrong size, or the item doesn’t look as amazing as you thought? No worries! You can return your item for a full refund or exchange it for a different size or color of the same garment within 14 days of receiving your original order. For a refund, you must notify us on the same day you received the item, and the garment must be handed over to the courier within 2 days.

• For refunds within Greece, a fee of €9 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transportation costs.

• For international returns, the shipping cost depends on the destination and may range from €12 to €25.

• If the customer does not have an account with Eurobank or National Bank of Greece, they will be fully responsible for covering the bank’s transaction fees.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt must also be provided.

Exclusions

Please note that items purchased from Bazaar sales, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
